Main duties and responsibilities:
Execution of cross functional reliability projects ensuring targets are met on time
Performing reliability data analysis to ensure reliability growth
Execution of design for reliability programs within business
Optimization of reliability data sources
Execution of defined reliability engineering processes within business
Work across engineering disciplines to analyze physics of failure
Implementation of short and long term countermeasures as a result of a structured causal analysis.
Master of Science or equivalent degree in an engineering discipline
5 years minimum of industrial experience in an engineering role
3 years experience in a reliability engineering position
Excellent English skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desirable criteria: Persuasive and innovative with a strong process orientation. Capacity to handle deadline pressure, as well as ongoing flexibility. Customer Focus and troubleshooting skills.Willingness to travel
Responsible to: Lead Reliability Engineer and Quality Manager
Responsible for: Improving the reliability performance of our clients systems

Number of days per week: 5, however a core hours with flexi time culture exists
