My client is a large consultancy in Kuwait. They are looking for a RICS managing surveyor to help oversee the surveying department. You will have a strong consultancy background although some main contracting expereince is fine. Minimum of 15 years commercial expereience. Be able to demonstrate leadership skills as the client is looking for a principal QS to lead the QS team based in the head office in Kuwait. Experience in contract administration, pre- post contract, reviewing specifications etc. Previous Gulf expereince would be an advantage but not mandatory.
