Site Engineering Manager
Based in Tadcaster

Reporting directly to the site's General Manager, you'll have complete autonomy to make strategic decisions and drive results for this leading company.
You'll be in a prime position to explore the engineering network across our UK sites, and as we're investing across all their plants you'll have first hand exposure to all their engineering innovations.
As a Site Engineering Manager you will:
* Optimise the approach in all areas of engineering
* Set the objectives, priorities, standards and lead cultural change processes
* Build a winning engineering team
* Ensure that all health, safety and environment, quality, cost and reliability standards are met
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the long-term manufacturing strategy
* Develop, manage and implement the site engineering strategy
Our client is looking for someone with a formal engineering qualification, with experience of the FMCG, Brewing, Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical industries. If you've knowledge of world class manufacturing processes, as well as experience of implementing capital projects, maintenance and operations, you could be ideal for this role.
