CONTRACT NPI BUYER / WEST SUSSEX / 3-6 MONTHS INITIALLY / £NEG
* We are keen to hear from NPI Buyers with a solid purchasing background in manufacturing within a high technology environment
* Other key skills for this engaging contract role include ability to effectively undertake buying activities & ensure all materials required to support New Product Introductions are procured within agreed parameters of cost, quality, inventory level & delivery deadlines
* Accomplished managing sample approval process & effectively obtaining samples/inspection data from suppliers
* Able to use in-house MRP system, from interrogating demand plans to inputting pricing into BOMs & contracts
* Well-developed communication/negotiation/interpersonal skills
* IT literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint |
